     Hey Readers  💖        Long time no speak. I'm going to aim to keep these posts to a once a month deal (at least). I don't want to overwhelm myself with over dedication to the blog.      But anyway, today's post. I've been thinking a lot about body autonomy and the choices that we make in regards to our own bodies and how we use them.       I've been thinking about this a lot recently because I've had some mixed experiences in the reception to my own body. Now I must be clear I am in no way talking about assault or harassment, namely people feeling like they could dictate in how my body was to be used for them.      Hi! I'm Lotty!      I'm a 20yr old cisgender woman from Cornwall studying for a Psychology degree in South Wales. It doesn't sound like much but I'll make it interesting.      I consider myself to be a sex education NERD and a hardcore feminist. Acting upon this, I have been volunteering with women's charities since the new year and since the U.K corona virus lockdown I have begun to create a little page on Instagram under the same name of this blog ("awholelottylove"). That little Instagram page has received wonderful feedback from some of my closest friends and I have been so grateful to have a focus for my energy whilst I'm not working in my lil' coffee shop at the moment and its the summer holidays.      However, there is only so much that can be spoken about through an Instagram page.
